Let's Start Planning Your Floral Journey

1. Get in contact with Beautiful Blooms - Please fill out the enquiry form, or give us a call to discuss your needs.
2. Organising a consultation - After getting in contact I will check if your date is available and invite you for a consultation. This can either be at my florist studio in Little Dunmow, or via Zoom/phone call, whichever best suits your needs.
   During this step it will give me the chance to learn a little more about you both, to answer any questions you may have, for you to share any inspiration pictures and take a look at my portfolio. We will discuss colours, styles and the overall feel for the day. I can advise you on what varieties of flowers are readily available for the particular season, what works well within your chosen venue and advise on how to best use your budget effectively.

3. After the consultation I will create a bespoke mood board, so you can visualise how your flowers will look on your wedding day and a full itemised quotation.
4. Your wedding date will be reserved for 14 days from the date of the quotation. If you wish to proceed with the booking we will require a booking fee (non-refundable) to be paid before this date via bank transfer.
5. Your final balance is due to be paid in full 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.
6. One week prior to your wedding day I will give you a call to confirm any last details and timings.
7. On the day I will arrive at your venue with plenty of time to set up your florals, deliver bridal party flowers to wherever you are getting ready. I will talk you and your bridal party through how to hold and care for your bouquets, help pin on buttonholes and anything else you may need to ensure a stress free start to your wedding day.

Yes. it is my area of expertise. A lot of people come to me not knowing anything about flowers, it is not unusual. I will guide you through what is seasonally available and fitting with your theme/colours.
